FCQ Platform — introduction
The assumption of the project is to create an investment platform enabling investors to make investments in commercial real estate by purchasing shares in SPVs that own real estate.
Thanks to the FCQ platform, the financial barrier to entering the market will be removed, making it available to a new, large group of investors.
The platform will offer the opportunity to invest in both individual properties and risk diversification packages.
The offer for various groups of new investors will be selected by experienced real estate specialists.
FCQ, using proven, modern blockchain technology, will enable investors from all over the world to purchase options to purchase shares in SPVs owning real estate, where payment can be made through digital currencies.
The designed platform allows to eliminate the main investment barriers in accessing the real estate market.
The digitization of the project allows to reduce the cost and time of the investment process, thus excluding the participation of intermediaries.
Investing in commercial real estate via the Internet using blockchain technology will significantly increase the security of transactions and reduce formal issues to a minimum.
Thanks to this solution, one of the largest asset markets will become available to almost every investor without leaving home.
The project is part of the fund’s investment area as it introduces an innovative solution in the field of ICT / fintech.
The innovation consists in introducing a new type of service on the financial market in Poland and is a service innovation.
In November 2020, FCQ entered into strategic cooperation with the Impera Alfa Alternative Spółka Inwestycyjna and the National Center for Research and Development.
The main area of interest of the Fund are technological projects at the Proof of Principle and Proof of Concept stages.
