Property On Demand — POD
The Property On Demand service was very high on our priority list from the beginning, but the huge interest from our users has put it in the top priority category today, which means we will be introducing it as one of the first services available on Terra Land.
What is the POD service?
It is nothing more than the application of our solution consisting in the possibility of purchasing a real estate via $UST, tailor-made according to the needs of a particular investor. In practice, a given investor sends us information that he is interested in purchasing a particular property which is available on the traditional market. Our task will be to perform due diligence on the legal and technical status, price conditions and the administrative process related to the purchase of this property. Upon approval of the information obtained by the investor, we will implement the purchase according to the Terra Land model.
Who is the POD service for?
It is intended for a person or a group of friends who, by internal arrangement, wish to acquire 100% ownership of a property and thus concentrate the management of the property in their hands. Obviously it is the owners who decide on the use of the property, whether it is for their own use, rental through our operators or renting on their own.
The POD service will only be available to Terra Land Premium Club members. Details and conditions of the TLPC will follow shortly.
